Your Account Manager will become your main point of contact throughout your partnership with Simon Service.
Step 3 — Send Your Products
After your account is activated, you can begin sending your products to our warehouse or request sourcing services from our China team.
We assist with:

- Factory coordination
- International shipping
- Customs assistance
- Warehousing
Step 4 — Start Selling
You focus on marketing and generating orders.
Simon Service manages the operational side of your business, including:
- Order processing
- Inventory management
- Call center order confirmation
- Packaging
- Fulfillment
- Last-mile delivery
- Customer support
Step 5 — Cash Collection
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our local delivery partners collect payments from customers after successful delivery.
All transactions are monitored and recorded through our operational system.
Step 6 — Reporting
Your dashboard provides complete visibility into your business.
You can monitor:
- Orders
- Delivered parcels
- Returned parcels
- Inventory
- Payments
- Performance reports
Step 7 — Receive Your Payments
After completed deliveries and according to the agreed payment schedule, your earnings are transferred securely.
We currently support payments through:
- Wise
- Payoneer
- International Bank Transfer
Additional payment methods may be available depending on your country.
